Hey, I'm Osato and I'll be telling you what to do while you wait for him. Now, "him" in this
article is the man you're going to spend the rest of your life with. If you're like me, you're a hopeless romantic and you believe that the perfect guy for YOU is out there somewhere(and i know many people would have told you that you're a dreamer but don't listen to them,keep expecting him because the expectations of the righteous shall not be cut short) but He hasn't come yet and you cant just be sitting at home waiting, so here's a list of things you can do before he finds you so that WHEN he finds you, you'll be an asset to him and not a liability.
1. Continue to grow spiritually. You can never finish knowing all there is about God and now that you're single or not yet married with kids, you have more time to spend reading the Word and learning more about God.There's a quote that says "a woman's heart should be so buried in God that a man has to go to Him to find it" when this is the case not any man will be able to approach you, only the ones that know God and trust me it'll save you a lot of heart ache.
2. Develop yourself. I listened to a message titled "the myth of singleness" by Myles Munroe and he said God didn't design marriage to be 2 halves coming to make 1, He wants 2 full people coming together; that means, you should make sure you're fully developed before you enter a relationship . You should not be half in the sense that you should not be needy or desperate, NO, you should be complete in yourself, you shouldn't be looking for someone to depend on or feed off of. You should be at a state where you can impact on him and he in turn can impact on you as well. If you are not comfortable being single then you are not ready to be in a relationship.
3. Complete the training. if you have always planned to finish school or learn something like tailoring or baking, you can complete these trainings before you get into a serious relationship, don't be postponing it.
In conclusion, I want you to be prepared when he comes. If he comes and meets a beautiful, strong,smart woman of God (you'll still have your flaws oh but they wont be huge) who already has all these things in place or in the process of being in place, trust me, he'll be thanking God for you instead of asking God to take you away from his life.
