I learnt today the difference between shutting down and hibernating.I always hibernate my computer, but I learnt today that when you hibernate,in the hard disk, there is a particular optical fibre cable that is actually faced up.So if you hibernate and go out with the laptop, especially in lagos, you may swing the laptop from left to right or maybe hit it.Now this rigorous movement can cause that particular cable to be either bent or broken. When this happens, the famous phrase "my harddrive don crash" will come out of your mouth. So if you are going out, shut down. When you shut down, all the
cables are at rest and the risk of losing all your data is greatly minimized.
Btw,Its amazing that I learnt this exactly one week after my harddrive crashed.lol.I wish I had known.my 190 gigabyte worth of christian messages just gone like that. But Im not feeling bad.Its actually gonna be fun getting them again. But if I never recover them, its a good thing that 90 percent of those messages are stored in the harddrive located in my shpirit;and that one never crashes.(eeh rhema).
So my aim in writing this to you is this;"LEARN THE WORD FOR YOURSELF".Sometimes the pressures of life may seem to wear you out and you might just wanna hibernate and still continue living with the hurts of the past.Sometimes its good to just shut down and restart your brain.Sit down and reprogram your thinking.God bless y'all.
